Return & Exchange Policy

All of my tumblers are shipped Priority Mail through USPS. Priority Mail includes tracking and insurance on the package. If your tumbler arrives damaged, you will need to file a claim through USPS.

I do not provide returns or refunds as you will be a part of the entire process. As I work on your tumbler, I will send you photos throughout the process. I do not put the final layers of resin on until you have approved your design. If your tumbler is damaged during shipping, you will need to file a claim with USPS (see shipping policy)
